Daw Yi Yi Khin is an associate professor at the Department of English, Meiktila University of Economics. She obtained her Master Degree in English at Mandalay University in 2002. She received the Dip in ELT; Diploma in English Language Teaching from Mandalay University in 1997. She has many experiences when she was serving at various universities such as Shwe Bo Degree College, Mandalay University, Kyaing Tong University, Myinchan Degree College, Yadanarbon University, and Military Computer and Technological Institute. Currently, she is serving as the Head of English Department in Meiktila University of Economics.

Daw Mar Lay Thein is a Lecturer at the Department of English, Meiktila University of Economics. She received her B.A. English in 1983 from Yangon University and her degree of Master (M.A. English) in 2001 from Mandalay University. She also received the Dip in ELT in 1996.  She has served at Meiktila Degree College, Mandalay University and Meiktila University of Economics for several years.

She has published a research paper.  Her research regarding the reading habits of the local people of Meiktila was published in the Meiktila Institue of Economics Research Journal.

She has about 22 years of service at Meiktila University, Mandalay University, Taungoo University and Meiktila University of Economics.

Dr. Ei Ei Soe Min is a Lecturer at the Department of English at the Meiktila University of Economics, Meiktila. She was born in Taunggyi, Southern Shan State. She received the degree of B.A. (English) in 2006 and M.A. (English) in 2009 from the University of Taunggyi. She started her studying abroad in 2013, in Japan. She earned the degree of M.A. (Language, Media and Communication) in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree in 2020 from the Kyushu University, Fukuoka city, Japan.

Her major field of study is Comparative Linguistics. She is interested in the study of Transitivity in grammar and comparative studies of tense, aspect, and grammatical agency in English, Japanese and Myanmar languages.

She has published research articles in the East Asian Journal of Studies on the Japanese Language & Culture, International Journal of Languages, Literature, and Arts, and Integrated Sciences for Global Society Studies.

She got her first degree B.A (Hons;)(Eng) in 2012 and second degree M.A (Eng) in 2014 from Magway University. She has six years teaching experience in Business English ( Market Leader).
